    Director dedicates award to Iran's mourning mothers

    In accepting a prize at the Rencontres Internationales du Cinema Heritage film festival in France, prominent film director Rakhshan Bani-Etemad said:

    I dedicate this award to all the mourning mothers of my homeland.
